Symptoms

Unable to set Inventory Asset Value flag.

Error

APP-INV-05507: You cannot update this field when:
-On-hand quantity exists
-Pending transactions exist
-Uncosted transactions exist



Steps
1. Navigate to Inventory > Items > Organization Items
2. Try to change the item asset value flag.
3. Receive an error.

Expected Behavior
Expected the item to change without error because believed that there was no On-Hand inventory, No Pending Transactions, and All transactions were costed for this Organization
