Shortcut Keys In Contact Center Service Request Tab change depending on navigation (Doc ID 1277202.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Contact Center

Find that in Contact Center forms the Details button of the Service Request tab doesn't always have the same shortcut. Depending on the navigation the shortcut associate to that button will change.

Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Contact Center look for a customer using Installed Base (IB) information.
2. Then go to Service Request tab and notice that the "Details" button shows "M" as the shortcut key.
3. Close the Contact Center, re-open, query the same customer and navigate to the Addresses tab.
4. Then go back to the Service Request tab and now the shortcut for the "Details" button is "P" instead of "M".
