Symptoms

When attempting to Create Order in Parts Requirement, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Execution of procedure csptrreq_fm_order has failed because of the following unexpected error:
Cause: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Spares Management Responsibility 
2. Spares Logistics
3. Parts Requirement
4. Create Order
5. Get the error message
