Symptoms
On : 12.1.2 version, Material Requirements form
Find 2 jobs which have issued quantities in decimals, although the requested quantities are not in decimals. This has affected the on-hand stock. This happens only for components that have yield 0,98. The components have the supply type Assembly Pull.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. WIP => Discrete jobs
2. Query jobs and review material requirements
