Symptoms

 

When attempting to create Bank Statements after installing R12.0.6 , the following error occurs:


AXCABMR.set_sys_par org_id=,LE_ID=23275,ba_id=33016 procedure raised unhandled exception

AXCABMR.initialize2 HEADERS procedure raised unhandled exception

HEADERS.statement_date procedure raised unhandled exception (WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM)

ORA-01403: no data found

FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062
