Repair Order Actuals: Unit Price Is Rounding To The Nearest Integer (Doc ID 1278158.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 02, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Depot Repair - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Form:CSDREPLN.FMB - Repairs

Find that when entering Actuals for a Repair Order, the unit price is rounded to have no decimal values (i.e. to the nearest integer).

For example: when labor is priced at $1.52 per hour and an Actuals line for 100 hours is entered the line shows:
100 x $2 = $200 (instead of 100 x $1.52 = $152)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a price of 80.52 in the price list for a given item.
2. Enter Actuals on a Repair Order for the item used in step 1.
See the price default to 81
