R12 Account Analysis Report (XLAAARPT) Returns Only XML Tagged Data And Publisher Error "java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException" (Doc ID 1278242.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run XLAAARPT module: Account Analysis Report from the Applications the output shows XML tags instead of expected data, and the following error occurs in publishing area.
Other reports like GL -Trial Balance report work fine.
