'Return' Service Activity Codes Are Not Visible When Performing A Material Debrief

On : 12.0.6 version, Debrief / Field Service Report

When debriefing a Task, the ORDER type Service Activity Codes (SAC) are displayed under the material transactions, but the List of Values for the RETURN SAC is empty. These RETURN SACs are displayed in the Charges tab for the same Task.

Expect to see RETURN Service Activity Codes in the Debrief form

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Service Request/Task
2. Open Debrief form
3. Try to find RETURN Service Activity Code using the List of Values (LoV) on the Material tab.
