Cannot Change One Time Address In Create Service Request Form (Doc ID 1278495.1)

Symptoms

On  Service Request Form while trying to change one time address the following error occurs
and changes are not saved

Error
FRM -40401: No changes to save

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a SR with One time address
  2. Update Address1 field 
  3. Save the changes 
  4. Re-query the SR

Result: Observe that the changes are not getting reflected.
