Have been unable to search in Install Base since setting up a personalized search. The following error appears when trying to search using Quick Find, Advanced Search or Personalize.

java.lang.NullPointerException



STEPS

The issue cannot be reproduced at will. Steps taken after setting up the Personalization search:

1. (R) Oracle Installed Base User
2. (N) Oracle Installed Base
3. Try to perform search in either Quick Find field, Advanced Search or select the Personalize button.
