On OTM version 6.1.0 when trying to created a Saved Query for Shipment Stop the following error is encountered:

Fix Errors

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Navigate to: Business PRocess Automation > Power Data > Event Management > Saved Query.

2 - Clicked NEW and create:
ID: as needed
Type: Shipment Stop
In check One SQL: 1=1
In Find All SQL: 1=1
