Error Opening Report In Report Manager Cannot run the macro 'FrmUtilsModule.SetSessionID' (Doc ID 1278804.1)

Symptoms

A small group of Users are now having issues while attempting to view Report Manager Reports in Excel. When they attempt to view reports either newly generated or from the repository the following error is received:

The following error has occurred
Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException
Cause: Line 3666 - Cannot run the macro 'FrmUtilsModule.SetSessionID'. The macro may not be available
in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.
Action: A runtime has occurred. Please contact your support representative.
Log File Bookmark: 91331

This is true for all reports - all templates used for these users.
This does not happen for any other users.
All users using the same version of Excel.

These users have all recently installed a tax software named CorpTax.
This software provides a COM add-in that is used by this software.

Business Impact - these users cannot view reports via excel as needed.
Workaround - None

Changes

Newly loaded software CorpTax onto client machines.
