Symptoms
Receiving Open Interface (ROI) allows processing of transactions which have Receipt Date (rcv_transactions_interface.transaction_date) prior to Shipped Date of the Intransit Shipment. This is a data discrepancy as it is not possible to create a Receipt prior to the Shipment Date. Core Receipts form does not allow Receipt Date prior to Intransit Ship Date, so ROI should also not allow.
