High Volume Repair (HVR): Cannot Record Serial Numbers Manually

When a user performs an Issue transaction in High Volume Repair (HVR) screen they cannot return (issue) material back into Inventory and record the Serial Number.
The serial number field does not allow manual entry.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Repair Order and a Repair job.
2. Create the material requirements for a serialized item and set Qty = -1 (to allow the material to be returned to stock).
3. In HVR screen issue the material for the job. Need to be able to input the serial number in this screen.
4. The HVR screen allows the serial number to be retrieved, but does not allow manual input.
It is possible to use the WIP transactions form to enter the serial number, but going back to the HVR form, it does not recognize the serial that was entered. The Material section does not update to reflect the transactions that was performed in forms.
