Manual Entered Tax Lines Disappear for First Line When a Second Tax Line is Created (Doc ID 1279092.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to create a manual invoice and the enter with first line and its taxes and save.
Enter with second invoice line and its taxes and save.
Go to first invoice line and press Tax button, Previous entered and saved taxes for first line does not exist anymore.

Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Transactions > Transactions
Enter with a Manual invoice header
Enter first invoice line > Save
Enter taxes for first invoice line > Save after each line
Close Tax Screen
Enter Second Invoice Line > Save
Press Tax Button
Enter second line taxes and Save after each line
Close Tax Screen
Go to First invoice Line
Press Tax Button > Previous entered and saved tax lines are not there.
