On : 12.1.3 version, UK Payroll
After setting system Profile HR: GB Default Aggregation to PAYE at site level an error message is returned and aggreation flags are not set when creating a secondary assignment where the tax information of the primary assignment contains either p6 Message Date and/or P6 Issue Dates.
"APP-PAY-78110: You can only set up an aggregated assignment if the multiple assignments have the same PAYE info".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set system profile HR: GB Default Aggregation to PAYE at site level
2. Create a new employee record and populate assignment details
Enter a P6 Message Date and / or a P6 Issue Date in the tax information form for the primary assignment.
3.Create a secondary assignment and press save. Error is raised
The record save but the PAYE and NI aggregation flags on the person form are not set.
If the same action is performed and P6 Message Date and P6 Issue Date fields are blank in the tax information details of the primary assignment the record saves and the aggregation flags are set as expected.
