Symptoms

Cross Reference not available for a Counterparty Bank Branch.

Steps
====
Create Bank and Create Bank Branch in Cash Management Application.
Navigate to Set Up Counterparty Profiles in Treasury Responsibility.
Check the Bank Branch Check Box and notice Cross Reference becomes
Unavailable.
