Symptoms

Attempting to close forms in Receivables, after performing an action and receive the following error:

ORA-20000 ORA-01722 invalid number ORA-06512 APPS.IGI_GEN_VERT

FRM-40735: WHEN-FORM-NAVIGATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20000.

Problem occurs after submitting Statements and trying to close the form

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Print Documents > Statements

NOTE:  The same error occurs when exiting the Transactions (ARXTWMAI) form too.

Changes

Upgrade to R12.1 from 11i
