Look Ahead LOV is not working for Main Employee Search under the "OA Framework ToolBox Tutorial Labs" responsibility.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
From Functional Administrator > Personalization, searched on /oracle/apps/fnd/framework/toolbox/labsolutions/webui/EmpSearchPG

Found the Personalize Message Lov Input : Employee Name, clicked on the Personalize link.

Set the items at the Site level:
Look Ahead Enabled = true
Look Ahead Search Type = startsWith
Minimum Characters For Look Ahead = 3
Update the profile "FND: Disable Look Ahead LOV" at the Site or Application level to False to enable the Look Ahead feature for all LOVs
Verified that the system profile option "FND: Minimum Characters for Look Ahead" was set to 3 at the site level.

From the "OA Framework ToolBox Tutorial Labs" responsibility, navigate:
Tutorial Lab > Employees > Main Employee Search
Enter 'Brow' in the Employee Name, nothing happens
Clear the Employee Name and open the search window, enter 'Brow', nothing happens.
Enter 'Brow%' hit enter and I get the one employee record.

Set the profile option "Self Service Accessibility Features" to Standard Accessibility
Still the same results.
