Customer Form, Search Issue: Setting of Profile Option AR: Show Parties Without Accounts In DQM is not Honored in Subsequent Searches (Doc ID 1280959.1)

Symptoms

When the Profile option AR: Show Parties Without Accounts In DQM is set to No, the search correctly returns only parties with accounts. This works fine at the first execution of the search. But when you click the Customers link to go back one level, or you refresh the page, the same query is executed but this time all parties are returned whether or not it has accounts.
For example if you search for Active customers and go to next page and come back / Cancel , Form shows more results which may include inactive customers (based on your search criteria)
