Symptoms

When attempting to do a subinventory transfer,
the following error occurs.

Unexpected user exit Error(1), coming from QT_EU.Create Tree
Unexpected user exit Error(3), coming from QT_EU.Create Tree
EU Create_Tree error, Others=100501: non-ORACLE exception

Available and On-hand qty do not show in Subinventory  transfer form.

When query for item in Material Workbench, on-hand quantity show.
When press Availability button, On-hand, Available to reserv and Available to Transact show null.

Steps:
1. Go to Inventory > Transactions > Subinventory transfer
2. Inventory > On-hand, Availability > On-hand quantity
