Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Approvals - Req, PO
When attempting to respond to a request for further information the following error occurs.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Raise a purchase requisition and submit it for approval
2. Approver requests further information by clicking 'Request Information' link
3. Preparer receives a notification and when opening it the above mentioned error is received
