Last updated on APRIL 14, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Internet Expenses - Version 11.5.10.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The goal of this document is to provide a high level overview of how to utilize the 'Credit Card Transactions Inactive Employees Process' (APXCCOUT_INACT_PROC) to process outstanding credit card transactions for terminated employees.

Note:  You cannot use this program if your  Oracle Human Resources is a shared install instead of being installed.  See:  Limitations of Processing Terminated Employee Credit Card Transactions in HR Shared Install Environments (Doc ID 356710.1)

If the transactions should not be processed for some reason, then the 'Credit Card Historical Transactions Management program' (Historical Transaction Management Process) can be utilized to deactivate unused credit card transactions and categorize them as historical. The 'Historical Transaction Management Process' is outside of the scope of this document.
