For the field 'Phone Country Code', the option allows invalid values which causes the workflow to error.
If 'ABCD' is entered for example, it brings up the LOV and tells the user it can't find it. But the window can be closed and the workflow can be submitted for any value.
The workflow then fails with the following:
API: Invalid value for phone_country_code
