"Error Found Handling The Request" Generated on Some Screens After Migrating From OTM 6.1.x to 6.2.x (Doc ID 1282398.1)

Symptoms

After migrating Oracle Transportation Management ( OTM ) 6.1.x to 6.2.x a "Error Found Handling The Request" error may be generated when trying to access some of the standard screens via the User Interface ( UI ).

One example of these errors would be when users try and create a new Order Base and go to the second tab to enter Ship Unit or Line Item information.
