Update Time Dimension fails with Error in get_ent_cal_start_date (Doc ID 1283308.1)

Program ends up with an warning message while running the Update Time Dimension (Initial) and due to this all the Time Dimension tables are not getting populated

FII_TIME_INIT_C module: Update Time Dimension (Initial) logfile shows following error

select to_date(start_month||'/'||start_day||'/'||current_year,'MM/DD/YYYY') from bsc_sys_calendars_b where edw_calendar_type_id=1 and edw_calendar_id=1001

Check mem data from fii_time_day

g_ent_start_date=, l_start_date=


g_ent_start_date NULL. fatal...

Steps to reproduce
Login to Daily Business Administrator Responsibility.
Select View->Request->Single Request.
Run the concurrent program Update Time Dimension (Initial) and passed the following parameters.
from 01-JAN-2009 to 30-OCT-2010
