Symptoms

Stock Locator Key flex field does not show Project / Task Segment while creating stock locator.

Expected Behaviour
Project / Task Segment should be visible for PJM organization.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Create a New Sub Inventory
2. Create a Locator
3) Project/Task Segment is not visible
