Symptoms




On  12.0.4 version, Agent Console

When attempting switch languages in the email center application the messages in the the inbox are not seen when the language is Russian when switch back to English the message in the in box is seen.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Email center agent console responsibility
2. Messages tab
3. inbox
4. switch language using Preferences
