View Accounting shows error "Journal entries were not created for this event. Please select another event." (Doc ID 1283594.1)

 Find View Receipt on Receiving Transaction Summary > View Accounting Events we can see Accounting but after click on view Journal Entries button, system show error message "Journal entries were not created for this event. Please select another event."

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility
2. Click on the Receiving Transaction Summary
3. Go to Tools-> View Accounting
