Oracle iSupport - Version 12.0.4 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.0.4 version, Others

When attempting to integrate iSupport with OAF while using a Custom Renderer ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A new function using jtfcrmchrome.jsp has been defined
2. The new function was added to the iSupport Business User Menu
3. In iSupport the hyperlink for the OAF Integration is displayed and, when click on that link, the OAF page is displayed without any problem.
4. Then a CustomRenderer was implemented as described in Oracle iSupport Implementation and Administration Guide (Section D Menu Configuration).
5. The VisionRenderer.class was created and copied that class to the desired patch: $OA_JAVA/oracle.apps.ibu.menu
6. The "JTF: Custom Navigation Renderer" profile option was set to activate the Customer Renderer.
7. After all that, when navigate to the iSupport page the hyperlink for the OAF Integration is displayed (as it was before) but now, when click in the hyperlink, instead of getting the OAF page that was displayed before correctly, the following error is displayed:

"You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator."
