When Trying To Copy Scheduled Task The Customer Confirmation Required Is Also Getting Copied (Doc ID 1284116.1)

Symptoms

When trying to copy a scheduled Task for which customer confirmation is already received, the new Task which is being created is also having customer confirmation set to received.
Due to this, the newly created task cannot be scheduled.

Steps to Reproduce

(R)Service
(N)Service Request - Create Service Request 

  1. Create a Service Request
  2. Create a task and change the confirmation to received. 
  3. Copy the task using the copy task button.
  4. The new Task also has the confirmation as 'Received'.


Work around:

Revert back the confirmation status.
