Log and Notes Tab Displays Task Notes from Different Service Request (Doc ID 1284227.1)

Symptoms

Find that for certain Service Requests, the Log and Notes tab displays a wrong Task Note i.e. one not created for that Task or Service Request.

On the SR Log tab, The Notes show as being created for the task, but when checking on the task notes, the note is not there.

The Notes appear to be created for another Service Request.
