How Can Case Folder Data Be Transferred to a New Instance? (Doc ID 1284879.1)

Can we migrate old case folder data from an 11i instance to a new instance in Release 12?. We are
not upgrading, just creating a new instance. Do we have any interface for credit management or
public API's?
