In OAM when trying to download Patches, the following error occurs :
Case1: Unable to connect to Metalink. Please enter a valid Metalink userid and password. Please also check if the Web Proxy Setup information is correct.
Case2: Unable to connect to My Oracle Support. Please enter a valid My Oracle Support userid and password. Please also check if the Web Proxy Setup information is correct.
Furthermore the changes being made are under the "Update My Oracle Support Credentials" Section for clarification.
