Symptoms

Find when create accounting run for all process categories the output is coming in xml format.  Expect output be in .pdf format

Log file shows


Post-processing of request with the error message:
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

STEPS

1. Create accounting for all process categories then try to view the report output.
