On : 12.1.3 version – Enterprise Asset Manager
There is Error on the Create Work order page when an Asset Number is selected from the LOV. The error includes the following :
..oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25058: Definition WarrantyExpnDate of type Attribute not found in AssetNumberRVO
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintenance Super User Responsibility
2. Go to Work Order Page.
3. Go to the Asset Number field. This has a new type of LOV - new since release 12.1.2. This provides an 'auto' list of values to select from.
4. Select a value from the LOV.
5. An error page appears. The full error is not included here but contains the following :
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25058: Definition WarrantyExpnDate of type Attribute not found in AssetNumberRVO
Note : This issue occurred in the previous 12.1.2 instance for this customer and was resolved by applying <Patch:9704840>. This patch has had no effect in the upgraded 12.1.3 instance.
