On : 12.0.1 version, Forms for App Technology

When attempting to launch Forms after accessing E-Business Suite via Tivoli Access Manager Webseal, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login and authenticate via Tivoli Access Manager Webseal
2. Invoke main E-Business Suite URL
3. Launch any Form

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot launch Forms
