Symptoms
Incorrect time is displayed in Email Center due to inconsistencies in the timezones.
Steps to Reproduce
- (R) Email Center Agent Console
- (N) Summary page
- Note down the time displayed at the bottom of the page
- (N) Profile
- At the left pane, navigate to Calendar -> Time Zone
- Set any Timezone difference CET or GMT and validate the changes.
- (N) Summary page
- Compare the page time with the previous one.
