OAM_BE Alert Is Showing Up In Workflow Notification List, But The Email Notification Is Not Being Received (Doc ID 1287648.1)

After setting up an OAM Alerts (OAM_BE) so that when a concurrent request fails a workflow email should be sent. The concurrent request failure is showing up in the OAM alerts and is showing up in the workflow notification list, however the user is not receiving the email notification.
