Customer Form, Address Issue:City, County, State Do Not Default In When Postal Code is Entered

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Release 11.5, when you entered address information in customer standard form, the application used to default values of City, County, State on entering the postal code.
In Release 12, if you enter the postal code the City, County, State remain blank.
