Using US HRMS Manager payroll process is run. Employee's pretax deductions are withheld out of order. Pretax elements (flat amount) with priority of 3575 & 3700 are withheld and pretax element (% of earnings) priority 3574 is not.

Here are the processing priorities of the elements:

• Pretax element (flat amount): 3700 withheld
• Pretax element (%of earnings): 3574 not w/h
• Pretax element (flat amount): 3575 withheld
