Symptoms
After applying the minimum required baseline patch for Procurement, <patch 8555411> Oracle Procurement Family 11.5.10 Rollup Patch 11, when user tries to approve Requisitions (Purchase and Internal), in Approve submission form, the following error might occur:

Cause: A SQL error has occurred in WF_Error. The SQL error is ORA:0000: normal, successful completion.
