Symptoms

Cannot enter customer customer PO number when select 'On Account' for Apply To

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivables --> Receipts --> Receipts, create a Receipt
2. Enter 'On Account' as Apply To, then cannot select customer PO Number.
