Updating Bank Account From Isupplier Portal Errors With 'Please enter a numeric value for the Account Number’

On : 12.1.3 version, Supplier Admin Issues
When attempting to change the account name of banking details
the following error occurs.
'Please enter a numeric value for the Account Number’
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Login as iSupplier user
Step 2: Navigate to the main page
Step 3: Click on the Admin tab
Step 4: Click on `Banking details¿
Step 5: Click on the update button for the bank
Step 6: Try to change the account name and save. The following error will
appear `Please enter a numeric value for the Account Number'
Bank account number has no issue
