Not Able To Receive PO With Multiple Shipment via Mobile (Doc ID 1289253.1)

MSCA Receiving / Shipment

Symptoms

In the Mobile Supply Chain Application (MSCA/MWA), when trying to receive a Purchase Order (PO) line with multiple shipments, there is no indication of what shipment number/line you are receiving.

NOTE: Overall, the functionality to receive multiple shipment lines for a standard PO currently does not exist via Mobile (MSCA).

What is Working
In the standard desktop form, you can see all shipments broken out.

Steps
From Mobile Supply Chain (MSCA):
1. Navigate to Receiving > Receipt > PO
2. Enter PO #, line #, quantity (qty).
* Cannot see shipment number.

From the Desktop Forms:
1. Navigate to Inventory > Transactions > Receiving > Receipts
2. Find and receive.
* Can see shipment number.
