New Item Request NIR


Goal

How does one see changes in a new item request (NIR) workflow after changing the Workflow Template?
Finding that if one changes the workflow template, the changes are not present in the existing NIR or ECOs that are submitted.
Still see the old definition even if they are restarted.

Steps
1. Start NIR
2. Abort workflow
3. Make change to the workflow (e.g. add members to the assignment)
4. Restart the workflow
5. The changes are not present (e.g. new member is not present)
