MFS Laptop/PPC Debrief Lines Error: 'Invalid Account ID'

When attempting to do a material debrief from MFS Laptop get the following error in Debrief form

Invalid Account ID

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logon to MFS Laptop
2. Do a material debrief

This issue does not limit itself to debrief created on Mobile Field Service. Theoretically it can be created through other responsibilities as well. It is most likely to occur through MFS though.
