Web ADI OA_FLEX Error When Clicking On DFF (Doc ID 1289891.1)

Symptoms

When using Web ADI to create a new asset, the following errors are encountered when double-clicking the descriptive flexfield (DFF) in the spreadsheet:
 
Oracle Web ADI: Fatal Error

The following error has occurred
Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneInvalidException - No
Components with the name OA_FLEX exist.
Cause: Program error
Action: Please contact your support representative
