Unable to Back Out Open Life Event when Unrestricted is Present

On : 12.0.7 version, Oracle Advanced Benefits
When attempting to backout the Open Life Event for employees who have an Unrestricted in Started Status, the following error occurs.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process Open Enrollment Life Event for eligible employees.
2. Process enrollment elections.
3. Try to back out Open Life Event.
4. Receive error message.
