Symptoms
While opening any form by clicking the responsibility after logging in, the error "APP-FND-01926" is displayed.
Changes
The Profile Option "FND_MO_INIT_CI_DEBUG" was changed and set to "Y" without setting the "MO: Operating Unit" Profile Option as well.
